Target Audience: All administraors, instructional leaders and teachers are encouraged to attend.

Teachers have been called the “lynchpin” of a system of professionals (e.g., speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, counsellors) and family members that work with students. Teachers may feel overwhelmed when trying to coordinate with others. Many of the teachers who work with educational assistants have little-to-no training for leadership or team management. Learning how to “audit” the practices of your educational assistant(s) will help you understand how educational assistants can be best used to maximize classroom effectiveness.
